Have used Andy’s services a few years back.  Contacted him after back UVPC door would not lock.  He came quite promptly and checked door and explained what was wrong.  The door needed adjusting to lift door up a fraction as it had dropped.  He also looked at an upstairs window.   He is such a nice polite person, and carried out what was required efficiently and promptly.

He had recently sent an email relating to the recent weather about looking after doors and windows. Which was very interesting.
