John arrived promptly to replace a door lock, however, upon further inspection identified the gear box was defective and needed replacing therefore a much bigger job than initially anticipated. John worked tirelessly and patiently to resolve the issue which took significantly longer than anticipated and required a second visit. Despite this, John only quoted for the original work.

I would highly recommend John as a result of his friendly, professional approach and high standards of workmanship. This is the second time I've used John's services and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Replacement lock

John was able to come round to replace our lock within one hour. He was extremely helpful and polite. He completed the work very quickly. I would absolutely recommend John and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if I needed a locksmith.

Excellent locksmith

We had an emergency this morning at the cafe with our latch - it was jammed and not working. We contacted John early morning and he was down in the next 15 minutes. We couldn't recommend John enough. Great service and great communication. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

This is the second time I have called out John and I honestly wouldn't use anyone else. He arrives promptly, explains what the fault is and lets you know exactly what it is going to cost.

Reliable and friendly service

I phoned John at Lockforce about a door that would not unlock, he attended in a little over an hour and told me every step of the way what he intended to do and explained exactly what he was doing. I found that very reassuring and after opening the door replaced the failed parts from stock on his van. A reasonable price from a pleasant and skilled chap, I would certainly recommend him to family and friends.
