Steve promptly responded and arrived same day. Able to see the problem and quickly replaced faulty lock. Handles also needed replacing and Steve measured and ordered new ones and returned within the week. Very happy with the service.

Steve replaced a faulty lock system mechanism in our 20 year old UPVC garage personal door. He came same day as call out, had the replacement part in the van and carried out the work with knowledge, professionalism and courtesy.
