I approached Locktec in order to get me out of a position where I was very unhappy with my current security provider. I was impressed that I was recommended to stay with my current supplier to save money but they would be happy to help should I decide to go with Locktec.
I decided to ask Locktec to do the work (on a BPT system) and they carried it out with courtesy , patience and efficiency given that the wiring was a bit of a mess and some of what used to work had stopped doing so.

Alarmingly Good!

I have been very lucky to find locktec security system,spoke to Debbie who is very knowledgeable,  offer good value for money and service. They have just upgraded my home alarm and set me up with the latest app to operate the system. They always provide excellent advice giving me peace of mind & thanks to Jack cook was very patient and helpful explaining the system & how the app works after installing the new system, highly recommend them  no pushy sales ,just pure understanding of customer needs .many thanks Karim family
