The guys were vey friendly, and offered a competitive price. Unfortunately all of the the intumenscent strips fell out of the recessed cuts in the door, the paint job was average at best, and the latch (that I bought and was fire rated) had a spring that was too weak to hold up the brass fire handles, and was replaced with an equally as weak-springed latch, though this time with no fire rating. Of course they took the fire rated latch that I bought away with them! I had to buy a new heavy duty fire-rated latch off my own back, and install myself. I also had to re-glue the intumenscent strips.

Great, though you get what you pay for

A really good company. They were the only company I contacted who asked to visit my flat before giving me a quote. Steve explained he was experienced dealing with HMO requirements and would like to be sure I wasn’t being quoted for unnecessary work. On his visit he found the front door was a FD30 so we didn’t need that replaced. 
His quote was very competitive and work was completed within two weeks. 
My tenants were impressed by his professional polite manner and how well everything was cleared up at the finish of the job.  I found him easy to deal with ,friendly and will be recommending him.
