Laurie hung all of our internal doors (that we had sourced ourselves). Nothing was too much trouble. Due to shipment delays, we needed to reschedule which was accommodated. Additionally Laurie was unhappy with the locks that had been supplied for the bathroom doors, explained why (which we agreed with) and sourced much more suitable replacements (and we returned the originals). Communication was always good. Tidied up at the end of each day.

An excellent job completed by L York carpentry

Laurie (L York Carpentry) did a brilliant job on our garden shed refurbishment. He worked through freezing cold, wet weather at the start of January — genuinely hard-working and very conscientious. The workmanship is excellent, everything feels solid and well finished, and he kept the site tidy throughout. Punctual, friendly, and great at communicating. We’re really pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
