The issue was the need for a replacement Ohme ePod. Fusion had said they would be out today and at 4pm they arrived. They were lovely guys and professional and respectful full of our house and wore shoe protectors inside. 

They swapped the unit with no issues and stayed while I made sure the unit was online and that the car would charge. All was good and I asked if I could write them a quick review.

Fusion and Ohme knocking it out the park

M&5S came out to install an EV charger. Excellent service. We talked about placement and they made suggestions for the cable holder. Very clean install. Highly recommend.

The two arrived on Easter Sunday (yes) to install a charge point for an EV. They consulted on the work, did a wonderful job and finished in a little over 1 hour despite the email saying it would take up to 4 hours. They were friendly, professional and answered all my questions.
