I was having a DIY problem changing the clicker waste on a basin. Fortunately Mark was just down the road and was able to come immediately and give me a quote.
As soon as he arrived he was able to see what was wrong and sorted the problem.
Mark was very friendly and tidy as others have said. He also fitted a new tap which was a great help.
Mark's charge was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for any plumbing or heating work. I would be confident to recommend Mark to family and friends.

Mark arrived same day to look at the job, agreed a price and date. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional and complied the job quickly and left the place as he found it. I would highly recommend MAP and will use home in the future.

TRV replacement

Received phone call and caller said that he had a lot of experience with Miele dishwashers and seemed very knowledgeable . On that premiss I agreed for him to send a quote.I asked him if he would come to look at the situation and he said he would call Mon or Tues..He did not call after waiting in and so on Wednesday I phoned and left a message asking if he would get in touch and let me know if he intended calling would he ring and let me know.He didn't bother calling and so job was lost.which, was a shame.Would not recommend.
