We had Maxwell come round to undertake our annual service and was very respectful by removing shoes and tidying up after service, he replaced our carbon monoxide alarm which was out of date and supplying us with safety certificate as we are selling our house. Very reasonable for all work carried out and will definitely use them on our next house.

He installed a gas stove cooker for us and even fixed a long-standing issue with our gas fire, going above and beyond without hesitation. Josh takes real pride in his work, and it shows.

One to avoid! 

My experience with Marshall Gas was extremely stressful. Their installers damaged my home by neglecting protective coverings, leaving doors open when leaving the property and causing carpet burn marks

Post-installation, I faced issues numerous issues and needed to go to arbitration when these were not resolved. An independent assessor confirmed that necessary water pressure checks were skipped prior to install and what I had been left with was unsuitable.  After more months without progress I raised a Section 75 claim  who eventually ruled in my favour. Proceed with caution.

New boiler installation

Marshall Gas installed a new boiler when we moved into our house, and they’ve looked after it ever since. Their customer service has always been brilliant — friendly, professional, and really easy to deal with from start to finish.

I completely trust the advice they give and the work they do. It’s always carried out to a high standard, and they leave everything clean and tidy. You can tell they really care about doing a good job.
