Level 2 Homebuyers Survey - Eltham

Ben and Tom were great from the start. Recommending a pre-purchase survey best suited to our needs (RICS L2), they were available within a matter of days from our request, given a last-minute opening to perform the survey. 
The report produced was promptly received, but was really detailed. It had photos from throughout the property (including drone shots of the roof), and summarised the actions for attention clearly. With the backing of the RICS certification and framework for the report, it has given us the tools and insight, using both Ben and Tom’s history in the building industry, for us
