Full preparation, lining of walls, 2 coats of emulsion to ceilings/walls and 2 coats of satinwood to woodwork 

Full decoration over imperfect walls, using wallrock lining paper.

On this job, I prepared the walls for lining. Then hung wallrock lining paper and applied 2 coats of crown scrubbable Matt emulsion

Unpainted pebble dash house

This property was in a bit of a mess and needed quite a bit of prep work. Masonry finished with 3 coats of macphersons powerkote oil based.

Cracks raked out and 2 fills of toupret masonry repair filler

Previously varnished door, heavy rub down, de grease, sealer coat and 3 coat spandex exterior eggshell system.

This one was a challenge. I had to machine sand both ceilings (textured finish) and paper over with wallrock lining paper. The customer didnt want the ceilings boarded out and plasters, so this was the next option.

Rear windows to property (north facing) that weren’t in as bad a state as south and west facing windows. 

Work commenced/completed June 2018

North facing door/windows. The weather bar at the bottom of the door had to be removed and renewed. With some extensive filling above it.

Front door after complete stripping, sanding and knotting. Followed by one coat of Sandtex exterior primer/undercoat (dark base) and 2 coats of Sandtex flexigloss Paint. 

Front elevation completed, also with plastic gutters emptied, and gutters and fascias cleaned. 

Front door completely burnt off to provide new base for painting 

Example of some of the damage. Repair care system appears as yellowish filler. 

Timber has been completely removed as wet rot Has destroyed it. Once good wood is dry, 2 part wood conditioner is applied, followed by 2 part repair care filler. Once cured it is a very hard plastic like finish which is easily paintable.
