Tom, Sean and co, did an excellent job and we are delighted with the result. We were happy with the price quoted  and were kept informed at all stages, they turned up promptly and were very efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Remove decking and replace with paved area.

Tom and his team were brilliant in removing our old rotten decking and replacing it with a new patio. This was despite our outside space having difficult access and also unforeseen drainage issues which Tom's team helped with. We are very grateful for the work being done in such a timely way and to a high standard, even when it was not an easy job! Thank you also to Sean who went above and beyond to offer solutions to the drainage issue discovered, including coming round on a Sunday morning.

Garden Patio

MCD Property Solutions completely transformed our large garden and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They laid a stunning 70sqm patio that looks fantastic, paved the side return leading to the patio, and built beautiful raised beds along each side and the back border.

The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent throughout the project. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. We will definitely use MCD Property Solutions again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Large Garden Transformation Outstanding Work by MCD Property Solutions

We hired Tom and his team to replace our fence and some hard landscaping including artifical grass, paving slabs, and a concrete shed base for us in Sutton.  His team were courteous and respectful of our property, and we're very happy with the end result.  Tom was flexible and worked off of our plans to deliver exactly what we were looking for.  Would happily recommend MCD Property Solutions to anyone looking for a landscaper.
