Retaining wall that was covered in Ivy and no draining holes, so bowed brickwork and crumbling mortar joints.

Sash window cill after rotten timber has been removed. Also flakey paint and and blown render removed.

Wood hardener applied, and filled with wood filler. Render filled with masonry filler.

Slabs layed into new recessed inspection cover and jointed. Cut out to slab for gully.

Removed loose and flakey paint to original tiled steps, and lay new slabs, and jointed.

Set out tiles, and lay. Cut holes in tiles to go over various pipes. Had to lay additional adhesive to level out poorly layed plywood base.

Removed poorly fixed plasterboard, and fix correctly. Filled holes in plasterboard, and tile above the worktops only. Fitted square edge trim. And fit splashback to Hob.

Front garden wall after a car had driven into it.

Removed all damaged and loose bricks ready to re-build.

Cleaned off as many of the existing bricks as we could retain, as they are no longer in production. Completed the rebuild with new bricks that were closest match.

Cut holes into bottom of cupboard and floorboards. And to cut hole to the side of the cupboard to provide air flow from under floor void through to the external wall through ducting.

Take down wall, tidy brickblockwork behind, cut recess for sump pumps to sit in, with access panels, insulate wall, rebuild blockwork and paint.

Warehouse

Blockwork removed. Clean off snots, fill mortar joints in blockwork and clean out cavity.

Blockwork all down and on pallets ready to be taken away and recycled.

Insulation in and Blockwork almost finished.

Removed plaque and created opening for new window.

Remove 2 French doors.

Remove 2 sets of French Doors, Balconies, Stonework, Brickwork, Insulation, Internal Plasterboard, installed by others. Reconstruct in correct position.

Remove uPVC window, put in RSJ to enlarge opening for new timber double glazed Victorian style window, with new segmental arch

Removal of single door, new concrete lintels to create wider opening and fitting of TriFold doors

Remove garage door, fit uPVC window, insulate floor,ceiling and party wall, screed floor, electrics and new radiator

Brick wall round end of garden approx 6x90.

Remove all bushes and trees that were in the building line

Rebuilt part of wall, built new piers with mortar capping to match existing and hang gate after storm damage
