Stephen responded promptly and quoted for the work quickly.  Organised a day that suited us all and started the job...  3 folk arrived early and assessed the work.  Floor up and new gas feed installed whilst the old boiler was removed.  Everyone worked hard all day, and the following day to get the heating and water functioning without much fuss.

Replace system boiler with a Combi Boiler

The guys were all great, boiler replacement done, been running well for a year now and just had first service.  Punctual, polite and tidy.

New gas boiler and now first annual service

Boiler installation

Steven and Barry were extremely courteous and professional.  My boiler needed replaced and also relocated.  This was not straightforward.  However nothing phased the guys and I am delighted with the result.  Well done and thanks again to the guys

Boiler replacement

Took 10 mins to diagnose and fix fault (airway blown clear).  Did warn me that it could indicate the end of life of the boiler.  Took no money as it was a quick fix and on his way.  I'll be calling him again if it does pack up.

No heating or hot water

Excellent service from Mercer’s friendly and thoroughly professional team.Stephen,Barry and apprentice arrived on the promised date and completed a job which threw up some difficulties quickly and with minimum disruption.All problems which arose were dealt with expertly,everything tidied up neatly and all for the estimated (very competitive) price.  Highly recommended.
