The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. As I am not IT savvy, the specialist patiently explained  how to use the new software on installation and I appreciated the fact that there was no expectation to purchase equipment from the company. Nothing was too much trouble and the specialist was polite and likeable. I was so impressed with the service that moving forward I will use them to monitor  my computer for viruses, and any technical issues.

Kyle helped us with the purchase of a new desktop computer for home.  He came to our home and completed the set up and transfer from the old computer.  He also recommended options for backing up the system and anti-virus software.  I am moving out of the area, but I will continue to use him for any advice or repairs remotely.  Kyle's communication style was excellent.  He explained things well to me (I have limited computer knowledge) and to my husband (a computer programmer).  I would highly recommend him.

From first telephone contact, nothing could have been better. Appointments made were kept, any changes to arrival time due traffic etc. were notified promptly, and were helpful.

Because of the bad state of the computer, Kyle spread the work over three days, once about three hours, and the other two just over an hour each. 
Pricing was transparent throughout. the computer is working so much better now, and I am delighted.
