Horsebox electrical repair

I rang this company explaining to them that the oil was causing problems. They came and looked at the car whilst I was at work. 
They incorrectly diagnosed that it was the fault of the battery. The Green Flag mechanic who came out to rescue my car told me there was an oil problem and towed my car to my mother's house where I was visiting. 
The company incorrectly diagnosed a battery problem. £485 for work didn't need doing. Car broke down again 3 days later with a severe oil problem as I told  MH was the problem. Car is now off the road. Nightmare experience.
