Unable to upgrade existing mortice lock due to size difference so fitted this additional, small but high quality lock

The locksmith appeared on time, carried out the work to a great standard, despite my own botched attempt. Leaving me with a new functional, and better lock than was there before. It cost a little more than expected, but that was totally fine considering the way the job was completed.

I hope not to need a locksmith again any time soon, but if  I did, this company would be my first choice

Expert help with a difficult job.

Having a problem with a front door lock at 7pm on New Years Eve is hardly ideal but Tim responded promptly and professionally to resolve the issue within 90 minutes. Brilliant service and, given the day and time, a very fair call-out charge. Highly recommended.
