Mark did an absolutely fantastic job, cannot fault him.  Gave a fair quote and was very knowledgeable, able to advise how to get the best result.  Great communication and arrived exactly when he said he would.  Took great care to protect the house from mess and left everything absolutely immaculate.  Worked solidly for 4 days and standard of the work was absolutely top notch.  Fantastic friendly service, would definitely recommend.

He arrived on time and provided full disclosure of the work to be carried out.  The detailed quote was provided via email with complete transparency.  Marks schedule was full, but due to a cancellation he carried out the work earlier then expected, which was fantastic for me.  Mark arrived on time, on every occasion.
