CPC's cut off, not sleaved, and not connected to a class 1 fitting which should be earthed. 

Badly Terminated Connection in Switch 

No grommets in knockouts to protect cable from mechanical damage.

Grommets inserted, CPCs sleaved and terminated correctly, Switch lives correctly sleaved and permanent lives correctly terminated and class 1 fitting earthed. 

Switch Fixed

Cables wired incorrectly, fuse housing showing signs of thermal damage. Get your installations checked regularly. 

Poor installation practices. No sleaving on CPCs, no grommets on backboxes.

Poor installation. This increases the chance of the cable melting and starting a fire!
This is the importance of having your installation checked by a professional.

Cable insulation melting due to excess heat from loose connection. Get your installations checked to prevent fires. 

Conductors cut down to fit into terminations. Poor installation practices which can cause heat build up at terminations and excess heat can cause fire. Get your installations checked.

Very helpful and reliable people fitted me in fast and fixed all my issues effectively and I'm happy with what was done a feel safer now I can acess things correctly and have correctly switches and sockets fitted.
