At first repair seemed ok.  Then the roof started leaking in other places.  I did contact them but they never returned to fix issues.  I contacted another roofer and he has replaced issues.  He told us we were charged £1500 for a window that cost less than £100. The ridge tiles we were charged £2000 which cost £200.   They had broken lots of tiles which were now leaking.  The ridge tiles and window were fitted incorrectly so they were leaking and damaging the inside of loft. 
The new roofer charged us £150 to repair faults.
They charged for a velux window but that wasn’t what was fitted.

My elderly mum had roof tiles missing and damaged guttering due to bad weather recently and MED did an excellent job. 
They kept me informed of what was being done and the cost at every stage of the repair. 
I would highly recommend them!

Reliable and good roofer.

Very quickly visited the property and gave us an estimate. The repairs were carried out speedily and efficiently two days later.  An urgent job since rain water was entering the roof space. Nothing but praise for Charlie and his team and would recommend their company.

Fast and efficient

A hole in the roof meant that this was an urgent job. Water entering the loft space. Charlie travelled down to EH49 on Tuesday and the roof was fixed on Thursday.  Also fixed the dodgy guttering at the rear of the property. Great job,  very friendly and professional team. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent Service

Very pleased with Charles and his partner who worked on our problem. When we moved in there was a few holes and pipes leading out of the house. I used expanding foam to cover to stop a draft coming in. Recently we decided to fix it. Had trouble getting rid of the foam and also not knowing how to cover the holes.  Charles repointes the areas, making sure it's all sealed and it looks great.  Communication great. Explained the job and what he was doing. Would definitely recommend. Very quick response too.

External issues. Hole into the house.

Although I’d asked for local, these guys were in the area and quickly came to do an estimate.
The job was delayed a few days, but when completed, did a good inspection and fixed leaks on the empty property to make it watertight.   Good work at a reasonable price and I’d use them again for similar work.
