Called up the business and a very understanding gentleman gave me the time to explain what I needed and explained the process to me.  He managed to do a home visit to check out the loft a couple of days later and the team did the install the day after, luckily they had an opening in their schedule.   I'm very pleased with the quality and care they took.  Ensuring they kept everything clean and tidy as it was.  Now I can use the loft for some extra storage and I can trust their great work that it'll last for a very long time.  Keep it up!

Excellent job from start to finish.  The quote was very reasonable and we had our full loft reinsulated and boarded with a ladder in a day and half.  The team cleaned after finishing the job and showed me how to use the ladder.  Good job.

Got these guys to board out my loft that was dark and looking dangerous to step in.  Insulated was topped up and boarded about 70 percent of my loft.  They cleaned after themsleves and did the job perfectly.  Really happy with the workmonship and materials used.  The whole job took a day and dust sheets were laid to protect the carpets.

The team has done a great job in relative hot weather.  Finished about 30msq of boarding with added frame and extra insulation + ladder installation in 1 day and communicated well.  Thank you

Excellent experience with More Than Loft Ladders.  Indi completed our original quote and was transparent, and presented a number of different options that could suit us, we never felt pressured or like we were being sold to, it was genuinely our choice.  Indi took his time to answer all of our follow up questions super quickly and helping to book in our appointment.  The installation team were excellent, they were polite, kept me informed and tidied up after themself and even put the dog at ease despite all the noise!  Really happy with the quality of our new loft and the team did a great job.
