Despite charging a fortune, his work was careless and failed twice—3 and 6 months post-installation. He was unresponsive, refused an alternative plumber, and said, "If it doesn't leak on Day 1, it's not my problem." 

1. Waterproofing: Cut mat into pieces, no adhesive used; gaps let water seep through. 
2. Tiling: Removed tiles, leaving plasterboard exposed. 
3. Silicone: Poor quality that cracked and moulded, rotting the plinth. 

Avoid at all costs. Terrible job. Do not trust him!!!!

Disastrous shower installation
