Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We had a particularly tricky lock issue that would have been easy for someone to turn into an expensive job, but he approached it with genuine professionalism and integrity.

He ended up replacing the gearbox without charge, saving us money on the job. The job was far from straightforward either- he went through six drill bits getting the issue sorted, showing a level of persistence and dedication that’s increasingly rare to find.

What stood out most was his attitude. He clearly cares about establishing a reputation with his customers.
