Found during annual landlord inspection, as you can see the loose connection is causing heat damage to the cables, which is a potential fire hazard luckily this was found in time.. highlights the importance of the Land lord certificates

typical example of diy electrics , new property owners moved in to shortly find conservatory lights no longer working, connection was loose left live in the loft space, cable has melted due to incorrect connections + loose connection luckily cable burnt back and broke the connection before it burnt back to far else it would have been on the loft insulation... serious fire risk prime example of why to get a professional to carry out the work

Mark did a great job in our garden.  I’ve been digging into one half to create a large raised BBQ area.  Mark installed the electrics for outdoor sockets and lighting, with a switch sited in the lounge overlooking the garden, and gave great advice for type and locations.  We will be having him back to install water features and won’t hesitate to use him again.  He’s really respectful, tidy and courteous.
