All workmanship is guaranteed for two years on our complete range of services. We have in excess of £1,000,000 product and public liability insurance in place. A standard loft ladder installation will normally be carried out in less than half a day. For larger projects such as new loft openings, loft flooring or a roof window installation, a start and finish time will be agreed before commencement.

Just had a loft ladder installed by Mark and really pleased with the result. It looks very solid and professionally installed. The price was reasonable and Mark was friendly and efficient.

Mark & Damien did a fantastic job replacing my ancient aluminium loft ladder with a lovely sturdy wooden one in under 3 hours. The original opening was a slightly different shape to the new one and they fitted a wood architrave that suits my narrow hallway. Had another company quote a silly amount and they’d wanted to cut into my cornice to fit a pcv trim! MT is the best option by far- friendly & left my hall clean, thanks again guys.

excellent work carried out by Mark and Damien, showed me exactly what the job involved through the whole process and tidied up after the job was completed very happy 30 sq mtrs laid, and corrected my dodgy ladders out cheers, would recommend to anyone wanting this work carrying out.

The two person team arrived on time, covered the carpets to prevent mess, completed the job,, consulted me during the task, and instructed me on how to use the loft hatch and ladders emphasising the health and safety aspects - what's not to like. Thank you MT Loft Ladders.
