Contacted MultiFix to quote for some repair work to a slate roof and guttering. Joe arranged a visit very quickly and when he arrived gave very honest advise and also provided a very competitive price for the work too.
Joe and his team carried out the work today, they arrived on time and work carried out as quoted to a very good standard.
Communication throughout the work was very good and Joe and his team were very professional and polite.
I have no reason not to recommend Multifix as overall my experience dealing with them was great.

Roof Repair

Overall very happy with the smooth transaction. Gentlemen rurned up promptly to provide quote, and did the job next day (they even came earlier than agreed which in my books a positive thing!)

White the repairs arr just been done so will see how it will stand the test of time- definitely satisfied with the quality of service after so many disappointing tradsemen it is a refreshing change.

Asked help on a little cement deficiency on our roof and broken tiles. 

Joe and team were friendly very polite. Seemed knowledgeable and experienced. Kept me well informed.  Done a great job at reasonable  price compared to others and I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family. 

Replaced gutter union and downpipe

I would use them again. Very polite and always kept me up to date on what was being carried out and reason why the issue happened in the first place

Roof work

Ferns seeded and growing around two separate 2nd floor dormer windows. Joe & Julian completed a great job of removal with roots, applied weedkiller and left everything looking slick and span afterwards. They also replaced two missing tiles which we hadn’t known about and we’ve agreed one or two more pieces of work required in Spring - with no obligation placed on us at all. Multi Fix have a great attitude to the work they are doing - and from a customer viewpoint, having experts in charge is a real positive outcome.
