Having been established since 2007 (incorporated as a limited company in 2013) we are constantly looking at ways to improve and grow whilst still maintaining one of our core values of customer service. Our main aim is to eliminate the bad things that typically happen when using a tradesmen or small business, such as bad workmanship, poor communication, no professionalism, or not being able to get them back if there are any issues.We have full time office staff awaiting your call who are trained to be responsive when required and are genuinely there to help you through any work progress. All staff are trained, in uniform, in tracked vans and ready to carry out your work for the same costs as the one man bands who can&#39;t offer the same level of service. All work is guaranteed and electronically invoiced. Any issues that arise are dealt with swiftly and effectively and at our cost if the fault was ours. Some of the day to day work you could find us carrying out are:<ul><li>Boiler installs. </li><li>Heating systems. </li><li>Kitchen/bathroom 1st and 2nd fixes. </li><li>All cylinders. </li><li>All gas works. </li><li>Boiler repairs. </li><li>CP12&#39;s and boiler services. </li><li>General plumbing repairs. </li><li>Trace and access. </li><li>Outside taps. </li><li>Plus much more.</li></ul>

Excellent service from N McGregor Property Services Ltd. They booked me in quickly to remove some sinks. Sean did a brilliant, high-quality job, was really friendly, and left everything spotless. He even solved a tricky piping complication easily. Highly recommend and will absolutely use them again for future plumbing needs!

Guys were punctual and clean, did a good job replacing the flush unit in the toilet.  Cant fault it at all.
Only thing is there was no indication what the price would be as it over-ran for reasons.
