New Heights were really helpful and patient in booking a slot that had to be coordinated with me, my thatcher and the weather conditions on the day.  They came for a site visit beforehand just to ensure access was possible.  The cherry picker was modern and hi-spec and perfect for the job.

Fantastic service from start to finish, was able to accommodate a booking at relatively short notice.  Arrived to site on time and went above and beyond to ensure that our Surveyor could access all areas.

Replacing chimney cowls

Bill did a great job of repairing a hole in the eaves of our roof.  He also checked the gutters and siliconed in some loose tiles while he was up there.  I would highly recommend using his cherry-picker services.
