Previously the negative review was submitted to CheckaTrade which contacted the company to respond to my complaint but they having promised to send someone to repair the roof have not bothered to send anyone. A registered letter has also been sent to them that if they do not carry out the repairs then they will be billed for the repairs by a third party.

The company replaced the soak away with drainage and renewed the tarmac. The problem being that the tarmac used was only a temporary product not a permanent one.
I wrote to the company about this and received no reply. Due to bereavement I am not well and this has not helped

Rang them for a quote for my roof repair Johnny came out to have a look.  The quote was great, they done the job two days later, the roof repair looks great, well done to the team , can definitely recommend new roofing thank you

Replace rigid tiles and some repairs

Very poor came back mid November agreed to return on next sunny day is February

John came to fix my ridge tiles they were very open and honest and gave me a good price they were tidy in there work and I’m happy with the whole service would highly recommend them

Re-lay ridge tiles

The company arrived and undertook a full review of the work and repaired damaged tiles fitted during initial instalation.  The service from the attending team and communication was outstanding.

Emergency- Repair to an external leaking roof.
