Following a water ingress in my flat i employed the services of this company to check it was safe to start using the electrics in my hallway and bathroom.

I explained to them that I would need an invoice from them to enable me to claim that cost of the service from the insurance,

They said i could pay them now and assured me they would send me the invoice the same day they came.

This was in July and in spite of repeated requests on my part they have sent nothing. I received an email 3 weeks ago saying they would send me said invoice at the end of Aug and still nothing.

Safety check

Electrician came when he said he would ( within three hours of calling the company) and did the job efficiently explained in detail the cause of my problem which I found so helpful.  He and the trainee with him were pleasant and considerate at all times.  In all an excellent experience for a very reasonable price.

Everything fitted works fine.  Work was very quick and efficient.  Reasonable price.  Everything was explained clearly and all the costs were explained and agreed in advance.  Easy to book and arrange things.

Excellent service.  Nice people who turn up on time and do a great job for a fair price.  Bonus points for the Xmas card and cup cakes they dropped off the next day.  11/10
