We can provide a full turn key project from first point of contact to moving in, with our full team we can provide architectural drawings and obtain planning with building regulations too constructing project and finishing of the property.  This means you have one point of contact, one company too invoice and one team to leave in your build without endless strangers and companies entering your home.Our company is fully insured which means that while we work on your project you too are fully insured with your property and your financial contract. We provide a fully detailed quotations with a detailed schedule of works and payment structure. You&#39;ll will only ever be asked for deposits of stage payments until stages are passed by building control leaving you and your finances in control of the project.We offer a fully insured ten year warranty on our projects in line with our terms and conditions. This means that for example if after 9 years you had a problem with a window for example it would be fixed or replaced under your insured warranty.
