Nigel is our lead engineer and company director, with over 20 years of experience within the plumbing and heating industry. Starting out as a plumber before becoming Gas Safe registered, Nigel specialises in boiler breakdowns, diagnostics and heating installations. His attention to detail and passion for customer service are at the heart of the business.  Luke is our air conditioning specialist and Gas Safe registered heating engineer, with over 14 years of industry experience. Luke installs, services and repairs heating systems and, as of 2026, is F-Gas registered for air conditioning work. Luke&#39;s wide range of experience and skills mean he is ready for anything. Aimee recently became Gas Safe registered and continues to gain valuable hands on experience working alongside the team. She also takes great pride in ensuring installations are completed cleanly and professionally, leaving your home tidy and respected throughout the process. Megan manages our social media, customer communications and office administration. In many cases, Megan is the first person customers speak to when contacting N&amp;L Heating Ltd. She also helped develop our Boiler Care Plans, designed to give customers ongoing support and peace of mind long after installation. Ange oversees the day-to-day operations behind the scenes, including finance administration, insurance and business operations. Communication to organise extending an existing outside tap was quick and times was agreed swiftly. 
Luke came round on time, was plesant and polite.

He finished the work  and showed me what he had done which was exactly as agreed and looked great. 

There was no mess and he took away all old parts 

Price was agreed prior with no hidden extras on completion.

From start to finish the process was easy. We were contacted by a friendly member of the team within minutes of putting our advert out who passed us onto a technician who put our minds at ease and got us booked in for an appointment within days. 
On arrival the boiler technician was so friendly and helpful, he talked us through the process and got the job done so quickly and for such a good price! He even restructured our boiler casing so that we can more easily get to it. We’re so pleased and relieved - can’t recommend this company enough! Will be signing up to a service plan with them asap!

Our boiler wasn’t putting out consistently hot water and was going lukewarm and cold.

Excellent work from start to finish.  I needed a combi boiler fitting but moved to a different place to the old boiler. Nothing was too much trouble. I was given a quote in person and we discussed what would happen over the 2 fitting days. It went exactly as they said. They were very friendly and approached. It was all done to a highly professional standard. Im a very satisfied customer.

I had a new boiler fitted by N&L I can’t praise them anough they were absolutely brilliant from giving me my quote to starting the job updating me on everything they were doing . clean and tidy as they went along until the  new boiler was fitted and the job was finished
