Andy was extremely prompt in responding to my call and gave me a clear understanding of likely cost for call out, which was very reasonable.  Andy arrived on time and was polite and courteous.  He quickly identified the problem and subsequently fully explained the work needed for which he had all the required replacement parts.  The work took a little longer than quoted but no additional charge was requested.  I would definitely use Andy again and recommend his company to others.

Replace damaged fittings.

Andy was extremely thorough in his approach to all aspects of the work.  He took great care to ensure that his work was completed to the highest standard.

Renovation of heating system, installation of wet room, hand basins and toilets.

Andy worked in a clean, tidy, efficient, safe manner.

Removal of heating boiler and cylinder.

Very friendly and quick.  The finish and quality of finish is outstanding.

New bathroom and toilet.

Good communication around appointment times, friendly and helpful, good value for money, all round great service, pleased with final work.

Removed gas fire.

Very helpful workman.  Does the problem.  Reasonable charge
