We recently appointed North East Contractors to install a new roof on our development, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team showed professionalism, strong organisation, and great attention to detail throughout.

The workmanship is impressive, with a high-quality finish that gives us full confidence in its durability. Work was completed efficiently with minimal disruption, and the site was kept clean and safe.

Communication was clear, timelines were met, and any queries were handled promptly. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them.

Installation Of New Roof

We contacted NE Construction to help us identify and resolve water ingress.

A new rubber flat roof was installed and incorrectly installed flashing remedied.

Jonnie was very supportive and clearly explained the problem and pulled out all the stops to fit the work into his busy schedule in a rare dry spell.

A temporary fix was made to stem the water coming into the house and then a big team was pulled together so the new roofing could be installed before more predicted rainfall. Everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the work.

Quality workmanship from a caring and friendly team

We had our roof extension and Velux windows replaced. NE Contractors were very professional from start (giving a very detailed quote for the work) to finish (tidying up  and getting scaffolding removed). The two roofers who did the job (Gary and Anthony) were fantastic. They worked really hard and got the work completed in the anticipated timescale (5 days).  They discussed any issues that arose during the work where a decision had to be made and tided up bits of the roof that needed doing from previous work . I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent job

The lads did a great job and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to do any sort of extension/building works. Turned up on time, kept the site tidy & above all took care in the work they did. Couldn't be happier with the job.

The work was a Garage conversion and installation of toilet and shower into the utility room.  The work was completed to a high standard, on budget and broadly speaking on time.  The communication throughout the job was good and minor changes made to the spec were agreed in advance and benefitted the job overall.  I would certainly recommend North East Contractors.
