Darren was very helpful throughout our work.  He turned up on time and cheerful to quote for our job.  He gave clear pricing and a firm date for doing it.  I had to change the date but that was no problem.  He is very busy so I had to wait a little bit but I'd rather wait for someone good like him.  He did a great job - replacing / moving wall lights and fitting a centre ceiling light in the house and in the garage.  Thanks Darren!
