He has since changed a boiler at this rental property, and is very accommodating with arranging visits for service and gas certs.  He also completely tiled and fitted a new bathroom suite at this address as we saw an opportunity to upgrade before new tenants.  I was very happy with this work and would use him again for these jobs too

Stephen Edwards arrived quickly on a mid morning Sunday.  After careful investigation found the worn out pipe due to wear and tear that caused the leak.  It was the main water passageway into the washing machine.  Stephen Edwards is efficient, reliable and dedicated to his job.  His fees are reasonable well withing the scope of work.
