Gave a decent sell when first contacted and sized up and priced - first issue was glass had split for a door so couldn’t fit - mentioned they needed two days in which I took two days off in which half of the works was completed by the lunch on the first day. First fitter was slagging off the owner left and right. 

Then had Liam come and finish the bi folds in which they look great and have no issues overall in the products 

Issue is the fact he isn’t now providing the certificate for it.

Had my new windows and doors fitted by Liam and Graham. Very prompt service from initial quote to fitting, and we are happy with the finished result would highly recommend North West Glazing

Worst company/person i have ever dealt with. 

Please save your money. This is the second review I’ve put on as they delete reviews they don’t like.

Left me over a month with a hole in the frame and took a long time for them to come out and fill it with foam. 

Had money for the door but won’t give guarantee or invoice of the works and just give excuses and then go quite still to this day have mentioned door/lock isn’t right and had made the lock/ handle wobbly 


Would not recommend this company to anyone please do your research beforehand.

Had a full house of doors and windows completed by Liam at Northwest Double Glazing. Fantastic service from start to finish, very friendly but professional. Extremely happy with the finished product. Highly recommend and will be using again in future 😊
