Exceptional Work from Nouvell Decor

We asked Mark for a quote to install a downstairs toilet and to carry out additional works to an adjacent utility room. The quote received was detailed & thorough with a breakdown showing all costs, the only increase was down to us choosing fittings over the prices allowed for. Mark gave a start date & stayed until completion, turned up promptly each day, very tidy & trustworthy team. He adapted to our requirements as build progressed & suggested solutions as issues cropped up. We had an odd sized door, so he made us a bespoke one to a very high standard. Definitely recommend 5**

Once a date was fixed, he kept to it.  And the job was completed within both the timeline and the cost he estimated.

He needed to come back on one occasion to make an adjustment - and he did so quickly and without any additional charge.
