Replaced system boiler with a Combi boiler. The newly installed boiler did not register with the gas safe. Old fluke wall hole is not repaired, did not clear out the old header tank and some copper pipes, radiator pipe holes left unrepaired.  Contacted multiple times to fix the incomplete work but never repaired. Tried to contact on 20 Jan 25, unfortunately the contact mobile is not reachable anymore now, no idea why. 

Boiler change 

While I'm generally satisfied with the work done, several issues remain unresolved e.g. The bathroom light hasn't been fitted, the door has a gap that compromises privacy, and the ceilings need additional work. Sealing and grouting are incomplete, and two radiators I paid for haven't been installed. There are also cracked and chipped tiles. also i had a leak from the ceiling, and although Norbert assured me his work was guaranteed, he failed to show up to fix it. I had to hire another plumber, which resulted in extra costs. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this the work is not complete.

Prompt attendance. Did the job quickly and professionally. Very polite and trustworthy

Central heating and hot water

In the past year and half Norbert has done a number of jobs for me: a new kitchen installation, plumbing work, bathroom shower tray installation.The latest was toilette tank refurbishment as we had consistently dripping water to the toilette. Norbert is very flexible.I asked him for a number of changes last minute and he was always willing to accommodate me.I can certainly recommend Norbert. I have been very impressed by his workmanship.
I am definitely going to call him again when needed.
