This is the underlay for the flooring. We've also used isolation tape for it so the flooring will stay solid.

Customer decided to have laminate flooring and we installed it for them.

All the radiators were replaced, for some of them it was needed to do some pipe adjustments which wasn't a problem at all.

The walls were not in a good condition but the client decided to repair them as it was possible. The was was stripped down to the plaster, filled and made sure no cracks or anything was on them. After that it was sanded and then painted giving the result on the picture above.

This was a concreted drive which we had to break and this is one of the stages where all the concrete was broken and cleared and know we had to dig the ground to the right level to start making a solid base for the drive.

On this stage of the job we had finished the under-base for the drive and the only thing left was the concrete. Under the layer we also used hardcore/type1 material to provide a solid base and to prevent any sinking of the ground.

Val and his team from NSCL have recently completed a full flat refurbishment for me. The property was in extremely poor condition requiring new floors, complete re plastering, new central heating system, full kitchen installation and a new shower room plus complete redecoration. The quality of the work is exemplary. Val is very helpful with design ideas and was fully engaged with the project throughout. Can't recommend them highly enough. Would give 6 stars out of 5 if possible.

Very quick turnaround and really well done. Quick job that NS managed to turn around in 24 hours and were in and out quicker than quoted.
