right from the first communication Nick was professional and extremely helpful. he arrived at the time arranged kept me fully informed on how the job was progressing. I would highly recommend

toilet had started to leak water inlet valve had stopped working

Upon meeting Nick, he was very friendly and accommodating. Originally required to replace my broken power shower pump which had been in use for 10+ years. April / May 2025 he replaced my pump for me. December 2025 the pump had gone again, there was a leak which caused it to break and a new pump was to be replaced again. May 2026 it has broken again. I have reached out to Nick numerous times but I have been blocked. I have since received another plumber to fix the leak and transpired it was missing two strainer and normal washers the whole time. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Power shower failure

Needed an isolator valve replaced for the washing machine in our kitchen. Got a very quick response from putting the job request up and was able to come and complete the work the very next morning. Would highly recommend.
