this was an empty alcove but we made this out of solid ash and got cast iron bars custom made

the customer had there own electrician to fit the spot light above

we got steel legs made and bolted them into the ground so so bottom of the posts wouldnt rot over ti

this is the process of making the box guttering which later will be dressed with lead

O&E have just completed our bedroom and bathroom extension. They have vern fantastic right from the very start. They communicated clearly with us at every stage and took pride in the work they did. They were extremely helpful with the smaller jobs around our home too. We absolutely love our new room and bathroom and are already planning our next project with them!

I am absolutely delighted with Oli, Elliot and the team's work to convert my double garage and kitchen into a new living area. It has transformed the house and the way we live. From start to finish, they were transparent with communication, costings, and time frames - and were super helpful in helping me make decisions. Oli brilliantly managed their extended team of plumbers, electricians, plasterers and roofers - which meant the project was completed ahead of schedule. If you are thinking of having building work done, I highly recommend this team. 

Conversion of garage to kitchen/diner/lounge

Elliot and Ollie fitted our new kitchen in less than the time quoted. They are very professional, polite, punctual and very hardworking. Nothing was too much for them to tackle. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly reccommend this company; they certainly know there stuff!
