Came out after chasing him for a few days.  Came and diagnosed the fault with the promise of returning with the required parts.  2 weeks of chasing again - gave up.   Appointed another plumber, out within the hour job completed within 30 mins of arriving.

Didn't bother with the job

Great job, very thorough at a very good price.  Replacement was not as straightforward as the shower manufacturer would have you believe!  Glad I called a real professional to do the job.

Excellent work.  Joe was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.  He responded quickly to my request and came shortly to do the work.  It was complicated by a mix of lead and copper pipes, but Joe knew all the current regulations.  I would be happy to use him in the future and recommend him to anyone needing work done.
