The important of a major service every 5 years, this boiler was spilling 680pp of carbon monoxide.

TO CHARGE THE GOVERNMENT A SET FEE FOR USING A CARBON NEUTRAL FUELAS OPOSED TO PIPED GAS, LPG OR OIL

HEAT METER RO CALCULATE HEAT CREATED   

Pipework is heated from the main wood pellet boiler into a large buffer/storage tank then multiple pumps pull hot water from this tank and distribute it to which ever HDU units timer is calling for the heat.

These units feed the underfloor heating and kitchen in the restaurant and the second one feeds a small swimming pool

Boiler room HDU UNITS 

These HDU units work by transferring heat from pipework to a specially designed stainless plate system to remove heat and pass it to the flats from the main boiler. This main benefit is that one main boiler system can feed all 6 with no gas or oil being burned ie greenhouse gasses are reduced to near carbon neutral

Due to lack of maintenance the trap had blocked eventually leaking into the boiler corroding it

A immediate danger caused by overheating and lack of servicing. This has caused carbon monoxide to seep into the bathroom. Your boiler should be serviced every 12 months

Jason who came to service thw boiler was very professional and on time. He explained what he was going to be doing and also what he found when he serviced the boiler. He explained about what could go wrong in the future and how to solve this. Would highly recommend.
