Hello and welcome to my Checkatrade page!Firstly, a little bit about me. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. I have been trading as Orbital Plumbing since 1999, before this I worked mainly as a self-employed carpenter joiner carrying out refurbishment work to properties in and around London. I now carry out refurbishment of bathrooms, kitchens along with all the usual plumbing repairs such as leaks and blocked pipes. We are very much a family business. I take pride in my work and want to do the best for my clients to achieve as good a result as possible.I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers and actively involved at branch level regularly attending technical evenings.I have many happy customers who often go off on holiday whilst I carry out works!We offer a free estimate before any work is carried out and will always keep you informed of any additional work/cost involved. We do not charge a call out and all my charges are clearly shown on the company website. We also carry out full plumbing inspections and provide written reports on the condition of your plumbing with any repairs required. Please ask if this is something you are interested in having done.

Kitchen refit

Tom was such a hard working person, polite and so very helpful, with advice and useful information.
He has done such a great job, of upgrading our kitchen, tiling the walls, laying new flooring, installing a new oven housing unit, installing oven and hob.
The kitchen was finished, today and I couldnt wait to write my review, as we were so pleased with the job.
He was prompt when starting each day and worked hard, all the time he was here. 
I have no worries about recommending him to anyone.

Upgrading my kitchen

Tom completely renovated the kitchen and bathroom of the house I’d recently purchased, including moving interior walls and reinforcing and replacing weak areas of the raised floors. Tom was super reliable and very easy to work with throughout. Always ready with advice and finding solutions to problems as they were uncovered. Even after incurring an injury helping a delivery driver unload Tom remained committed, made a plan and still finished the project on time. Great to have such dependability when you live 2 1/2 hours away!

Bathroom and kitchen renovation

Tom was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Turned up to quote for the job, sent the quote through quickly, agreed a date for the work with a timeframe and finished everything to a very high standard.  He went out of his way to help when part of the bathroom goods order was incorrect. Got it sorted, picked up the new WC and came back to fit it another day. Really pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Orbital Plumbing.

The work that was carried out was done quickly and very efficiently and via the frequent survey visits all aspects were taken into consideration.  The level of communication throughout was very good and I felt confident that good work was in progress throughout the operation.

Tom was trustworthy, very easy to deal with and very accommodating about day/time of job.  All work completed very thoroughly and his charges were very reasonable.

Mending kitchen tap, fixing radiator valves, investigating bathroom leak.

Tom is professional and friendly.  He replies promptly to messages and communicates well.  He was a refreshing change from the unreliable plumbers we’d experienced before finding him.  He arrived on time and did the jobs perfectly.  I highly recommend.
