We are only responsible for cleaning. </li><li>Concerns - Customer should be attended before, while and after any jobs we conduct.</li><li>Complaints - Any concerns after oven or carpet cleaning should be brought to our notice before the technician departs from the property. </li><li>Last minute cancellations - quoted full price will be charged for last minute cancellations. 24 hours notice is required before cancelling any booking.</li><li>Parking - As we cook greasy shelves and other parts into a gas heated dip tank in the van, we require a safe and level surface.
