Scott and Dan responded to my request for a call out within minutes of my message. They attended the same day and found that we needed a new part for our front door lock. Having ordered the part for next day delivery they came back as soon as the part had arrived and quickly had the new lock installed. Absolutely delighted with the friendly and efficient service. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Contacted him late Friday night as my mum could not lock her front door. He offered to come round that same evening at no additional cost, but we arranged for him to come round the Saturday.

His communication from start to finish was faultless and he fixed the door on the first visit at a very fair and reasonable price.

Scott and Dan were very quick to communicate with me to get my house secure. They went above and beyond to help me out. Quick, polite, professional and helpful I would highly recommend this firm if you are having problems with your locks/doors.

After a door handle jamming and only access via a window. After posting for help, The guys were amazing  In the area so came over within an hour, solved the problem & explained fully what had happened. Problem solved.
