Our technicians are experienced in locating hidden leak sources i.e. leaks in cavity walls, under concrete floors, below floorboards, on underground water supply pipes or other invisible/hard to reach locations. Our technicians are booked for one complete day for each leak investigation. Our service is not for clients with a minor property leak, dripping taps, leaks under sinks or even visible leaks!Our aim is to identify the source of the leak, quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption to the occupier or limited access/invasive work. Our expertise will allow us to estimate and quantify not only the visible property damage, but also the underlining damage caused to both the building structure, and contents following an incident.Our fast response service means we often attend within 48 hours of call out (subject to availability). Once a water leak has been identified the repair access is created. Following completion of works, a photographic report evidencing the causation of an &quot;escape of water&quot; will be produced. I hired Pinpoint for a trace and access job due to a water leak problem. The company responded very quickly to the job, they knew exactly what was required, which demonstrates their expertise. The price was also reasonable given the urgency of the job and solved the leak in a matter of minutes. The trace and report access was also extremely useful as the insurance claim was sorted out quickly.

Cannot praise them too highly. Deborah was like a breath of fresh air following the problems I hade with the mains supplier. The engineer Steve went more than an extra mile in carrying out a difficult repair. I  will certainly use them again if necessary.

I contacted Pinpoint Trace and Access through Checkatrade in order to have an old lead water main replaced. The new line was about 25M long. Deborah the general manager was very friendly and arranged for a site visit from George inside a few days.
As the cost of the installation was reasonable I gave the go ahead and it was completed in a couple of days by the moling method. George, Andy & Steve did an excellent job in a friendly and professional manner
The garden and paving was restored to its original condition.
