Communication was great. Was given a 3 hour slot which was kept. Engineer was very honest regarding price of re-gas and possible outcomes. Decided not to go ahead but get a new appliance instead. He even offered to give me advice on my chosen appliance before making a decision to buy. My dog loved him.

Fridge/freezer call out. Unfortunately not worth repairing.

Callum was very knowledgeable and gave us valuable information regarding the running of our washing machine.
