Polished Plaster Wimbledon Ltd

Took 1 day and not the 2 stated.  They plastered and painted.  Within a few weeks cracks visible in living room.  Sam and Gavin returned, surprised and said "we don't get cracks" - but were cracks.  Had not advised of cracks prev.  They filled and we paid decorators to repaint.  Few months later cracks appeared in living room and bedroom.  Sam returned, cut out and refilled with beige product that did not turn white as advised.  We paid decorators again to repaint.  Within 2 weeks cracks appearing and thick lumpy bands where filler applied.  Sam has ignored all attempts to discuss.  Other plasterers have advised re-skim required.

Sam and his colleague did an outstanding job.  Arriving on time, working efficiently and carefully and cleaning up after themselves leaving the room totally dust free.  They were keen to show me why the original plaster had cracked and really seemed to care about the quality of their work and my satisfaction, excellent job!

Professional conduct, efficient and excellent work done.  Sam was very responsive and personable.  Extremely tidy too.

Excellent!  Sam turned up on time.  He worked all day non stop even though it was a Sunday.  He even helped move furniture and cleaned up beautifully.
